We’ve been working tirelessly the last few months to complete an update to our ticketing system that will not only streamline your fundraising process from start to finish, but ensure your guest experience is flawless, ultimately helping to raise more for your cause!
Here are seven reasons why our ticketing system is going to streamline your entire fundraising event:
1) It’s efficient
The Givergy ticketing system is integrated with our Event Management System (the “EMS”), but why does this benefit you?
Your guest list, registrants, auction item details, past event data, and much more is live in the EMS, readily available for you to view and update. You can now access ticketing information from the same place!
Using one platform eliminates the risk of human error as you won’t have to update multiple platforms with guest information. This makes it far easier for you to continuously update guests lists efficiently.
The system will prompt the ticket purchaser to provide their guests details, for example dietary requirements, which eliminates the need for you to chase the table host.
2) Guest experience will be smooth
If guests allow the system to remember their card details it will streamline your guests experience checking-in, bidding, pledging and checking-out at your event! They won’t have to spend time entering card details and can concentrate on having a great time at your event.
3) Guests can pay the payment fee
Our card processing fee can be covered by the guest when they purchase a ticket, and we’re delighted to confirm that over 85% of guests are choosing to do so. In short, you won’t be lumbered with the fee if the guest chooses to absorb it.
4) Ask custom questions
You have the option to include free text or multiple-choice questions.
You can ask the guest questions tailored to your event, for example their dietary requirements, where did they hear about the event, golf handicap etc. This will allow you to produce a custom experience for your guests and it will allow you to capture crucial data.
5) You can use promotional codes
You have the option to include discounted tickets to increase sales by using our promo code feature. For example you could offer a discount for group bookings or to those that book well in advance.
6) Sell sponsorship packages
The system allows you to sell sponsorship packages, you can include information about each level of sponsorship e.g. Bronze, Silver or Gold to attract those big brand names to your event.
7) Understand who your guests are prior to the event
You can unlock a greater understanding of your guest demographic months prior to the event which gives you the opportunity to tweak elements of the event to appeal to their interests if necessary.
